Our Vision

The mandate of OLTA is to fully equip believers with the knowledge of God's Word as well as propel them towards fulfilling their purposes on the earth by providing leadership training & ministry opportunities while making sure they are thoroughly grounded in Biblical truths.
Our Mission
We aim to teach our students biblically accurate doctrines, highlighting character development in an environment of open communication, support groups, discipleship, worship encounters and opportunities for growth.
Our Key Objectives
1. Emphasis on a strong foundation in biblical studies, theology and Christian ethics & principles.
2. Discipleship of students provided to develop strong character for leadership roles as well as for life.
3. Emphasis on personal discipleship to cultivate spiritual growth and discipline.
4. Opportunities to engage in teams, serve, lead and participate in events.
5. Students are trained through internships, community outreach ministries and church activities.
6. Students are taught on various leadership roles including marriage, parenting, church, and community.
