Priscilla is a visionary leader and passionate minister with over two decades of experience in pastoral leadership, worship ministry, and women’s empowerment. Her journey began at age 19 when she responded to God’s call and pursued a Diploma in Leadership & Pastoral Ministry at Hillsong International Leadership College in Sydney, Australia.

Upon returning to Malaysia, she served in Youth Alive Perak and River City Church, where she trained and mentored worship leaders and musicians. She played a key role in pioneering a church plant in Kuala Lumpur and later founded SHINE Ministries, a dynamic women’s ministry impacting lives across Malaysia, the Philippines, and India through conferences, workshops, and care initiatives.

Priscilla has ministered in churches and conferences across Asia and Africa, moving in prophetic and teaching gifts. She served in the Women Commission of the National Evangelical Christian Fellowship and was ordained as Senior Pastor of River City Church in 2020.

Rooted in a legacy of faith, she continues to raise leaders and equip the church to fulfill its divine calling. She is married and blessed with three children.

Dr. Tim is a seasoned pastor, mentor, and author with over four decades of ministry leadership. Raised on a prairie farm, he felt a clear call of God early in life and began preaching at the age of 16. He pursued biblical and counseling studies, later receiving an honorary Doctorate of Divinity.

For 43 years, Dr. Osiowy served as Lead Pastor of Gateway Christian Ministries, during which he traveled nationally and internationally to plant churches, support orphan care, and inspire leaders. His writings have been translated into multiple languages and are used worldwide.

Beyond ministry, he has held both political and church-related positions, reflecting his commitment to serving his community and nation.

​

Dr. Osiowy has been married to Sandra for nearly 50 years. Together they have three children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Dedicated and devoted to the call of Christ, Vanes is a passionate lover of the Word, who has served faithfully in ministry for the past 23 years across various areas of service, while simultaneously balancing a career as a quality professional.
